Adam Wertz
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Adam approaches his work with a fundamental belief: everything is connected and serves a purpose. This principle guides how he leads, asks questions, and builds solutions. At the heart of Adam’s philosophy are three key questions: What is the purpose we are trying to achieve? How can we create deeper connections—with others, each other, and ourselves? What is the disconnect—and how can we fix it?
Adam's curiosity about health and human potential sparked his career in sleep and circadian rhythm research. He studied at the University of Colorado's Sleep and Chronobiology Research Center under renowned sleep expert Dr. Kenneth Wright. By the age of 25, his research was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) and Sleep.
Realizing how fragmented clinical sleep care was, Adam co-founded The Colorado Sleep Institute (CSI) and Sleep Therapeutics in 2008. His goal was to unify sleep disciplines and provide integrated care. Under his leadership, CSI grew to five locations across Colorado, becoming the largest fully integrated sleep center in the U.S. and serving over 100,000 patients.
Despite this success, Adam saw the limitations of a label-based sleep system that overlooked root causes of sleep disorders and their ties to broader health issues. This fueled his mission to create Rebis—a platform that integrates multiple disciplines, addresses root causes, and fosters true healing.
At Rebis, Adam's goal is not just to treat symptoms but to build a collaborative space where purpose, connection, and well-being intersect—redefining how we approach health and healing.

Adam finds inspiration in surrounding himself with teachers and mentors in meditation, energy work, reiki, and breathwork. He weaves these practices into his daily routine, often beginning each day with a mindful tea ceremony.
