  • Dr. McCarty is driven by a single, powerful principle: humanity. His mission is to establish the humanity of their purpose—the humanity of patients, each with their own stories, concerns, and challenges, and the humanity of clinical providers and staff, working together to better serve those in their care. He strives every day to build a collaborative culture united by a shared vision of the complexities they and their patients face, grounded in a common language to deconstruct and address them.
