  • After growing up with injuries, I knew I wanted to work in medicine. My passion grew during my senior year at the University of Arizona, when a traumatic brain injury (TBI) ended my hockey career. Frustrated by traditional treatments, I sought alternative methods and researched concussion treatments for my Physiology Honor’s Thesis. I discovered the critical link between brain health and sleep, an often overlooked factor in recovery. This experience fueled my passion for functional medicine, where I combine evidence-based practices and sleep optimization to help others restore their health and well-being.

  • I played three years of Junior A hockey throughout the US and Canada.
